By creating an account or using Memory Lock, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Memory Lock is a time-based one-time password (TOTP, RFC 6238) generator and verification service. It issues a fresh 6-digit code every 60 seconds and provides an HTTP endpoint for software agents to verify a code before a sensitive action. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Accounts and Security

1. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and API Key. Do not share your API Key.
2. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
3. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., attempt to break security, reverse-engineer the API, resell access without our consent, or use it for unlawful purposes). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are solely responsible for decisions you or your agents make based on the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 5 and this paragraph) will remain in force.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

三、合理使用

您承诺不滥用本服务（例如破坏服务安全、逆向 API、未经同意转售访问权限，或用于违法用途）。违反本协议的账号可能被暂停。

四、免责声明

本服务按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证服务的持续可用。您对基于本服务所做的一切决策及 Agent 的行为承担全部责任。

五、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因您使用本服务而导致的间接、附带或后果性损害（包括数据或收益损失）承担责任。

六、隐私

您对本服务的使用同时受我们的隐私政策约束，其中说明了我们收集哪些数据及如何使用。

七、协议终止

我们可根据自身判断暂停或终止您的访问权限。您可随时停止使用本服务。按性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括第四、五条及本条）继续适用。

八、协议变更

我们可能不时更新本协议。重大变更将在本页更新并标注日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
